E3 was sited next door to BAB21 as shown on this drawing by Sydney Barthorpe. Pte, 4975425, Sherwood Forresters, POW 343  BAB21. A popular inmate of E3 was Reg Rowley,  Pte, 5110356,  Royal Warwickshire Reg. POW, 14244.  A keen sportsman and boxer. Reg is front row second in from right.  Also on this group photograph is John Francis Evans, 1st on left back row. This next photograph shows the E3 original band.
